Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY If returned within 14 business days of your receipt of the purchase. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. No make up or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be excepted. Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.

Once We receive your return, please allow 5 to 7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Items purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE.
Other items that are FINAL SALE Include Gift Cards, all accessories, bodysuits, swimwear. If you return a final sale item or if you send back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to your store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, etc., will not be excepted and you will have to purchase a five dollar reshipment for us to ship those items back to you.
The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Damages and issues
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and forward photos of any damage.
